Metro PCS

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could rate 0 stars i would. Be warned this store is out to stick you with unreturnable devices and accessories. My family bought 3 new phones and we were told we could return them in 7 days if we were unsatisfied for any reason. When we came back to the store 3 days later we were told "the policy changed" and that the sales associate who sold us the phones "was misinformed". The manager REFUSED to talk to us and when we asked for his number we were told "He doesn't have a cellphone" LOL I GUESS IF I HAD TO GET A PHONE FROM THIS STORE I WOULDN'T BOTHER EITHER!

Bottomline is, they will say anything to get you to buy a phone here and then stick you with it and refuse to honor their word if you are unsatisfied. Fair warning.

The first day (of 4) trying to deal with these people and return the phone I said "So you can't help us? We should just cancel and go to sprint?" He said "yeah, i guess you could do that"

So we did. Best advice ever.
