It has operations in 50 states and 20 countries internationally. Bonefish Grill specializes in market fresh fish grilled over an oak-burning grill, and an array of sauces and original toppings. Bonefish Grill offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, grilled fish dishes, wines and martinis. Bonefish Grill is known for using ingredients, such as hearts of palm, pine nuts, artichokes, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
