Zito's Salon

Worst cut ever. Lost respect for Zito himself, as he told me that the cut I received was exactly like the one pictured and proceeded to tell me that it was because of the colors in my hair. Don't go there if you value your hair in a high standard. My hair will be ruined for months until it grows back out....

My family has been coming here for years and today my mother went to the salon to ask Jocelyn a question regarding my hair. She was greeted by a rude man and he proceeded to disrespect her and tell her she couldn't speak to Jocelyn. He was rude and condescending to my elderly mother. I then called to speak to the owner about this disgusting customer service and was greeted by the same rude man, Alex. I asked to speak to the owner and Alex was upset when I couldn't tell him the problem. He cut me off, talked over me, yelled at me and hung up on me three times. Then Rosemary answered the phone and lied to me and said that Alex was just fired. I know it's a lie because when I called again to schedule an appointment he answered. Terrible customer service. My whole family will be going to another salon.

I've been coming to this place for the last three years I have probably been it with every hairdresser in the salon And I've never been this fat dissatisfied This place is a must try and Sundays it's slower than others so just call talk to Mike and he will hook you up!!
