Tom's Burgers

The food is horrible !!!!!!!!! WARNING. don't eat the breakfast burritos when I ate it I was on the toilet and I threw up. Also when my mom got the California burrito it was so sour and soggy . I loved the fries but the hamburger was raw not grilled my eggs were not seasoned on my breakfast burrito. DONT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a waste of money . The chef was shabby looking. PLEASE SAVE YOU MONEY ON SOMETHING ELSE!

Damn good , Better than IN-N-OUT and with way more options.

This place is the worst, the food is ok but the customer service is the worst ever! Laura is the most rude old lady I have ever met she has such a snappy attitude.. I honestly don't know how these people got hired here.. Don't waste your time here please I'm telling you for your own good you can save money and have a better meal somewhere else..

this place has good tasting food , if they could get your order right, I ordered a cheeseburger special and when I got to eat my burger it was a double hamburger with bacon no cheese , so I am on my way to arizona as I'm eating and I call to let them know they messed up my order.I am told by the window girl that I have to come back the same night, well no I can't I am on the way to arizona. So I call the following day and explain what happened and they say I need to bring in the actual burger. What the hell???? That would be fine but no one told me that and I wasn't about to keep a burger in my car in the heat for 8 hrs. So I asked to speak to a manager and thought that my problem would be resolved. Well lets just say the employees have better customer service than this excuse for a manager. Jerome reynolds he is rude, does not take care of the problem and refuses to give information and provide good customer service. He treated me like a crook. I will never eat there again and I will pass the word on to my coworkers friends and family.I'm sure they will go out of business soon with their bad attitude and lack of customer service.
