Phantastic Dental Care

Horrible experience! Came in for a simple checkup and cleaning . I've worked in the dental field for 8 years so I usually know what to expect. Had coupon but was unaware of the separate cleaning fee. Usually it's the front office staff to insure the patient of this before treatment. Also was unaware first time patients are usually schuduled a different day for cleanings. Again was not told by front office staff over the phone. Luckily I did get my cleaning without coming back. When I was seated in opertory room barriers were not placed on equipment where they should be and equipment was not sanatized properly. There was blood on the air and water syringe. I did let staff know about this and they switched me too another room. But no apologies were given. This made me extremely uneasy. Staff was very unfriendly and not professional. Although I was very satisfied with the hygienist she was amazing. Unfourtantly because of staff and unsanitary purposes I do not recommend or will be returning.

I recently visited Phantastic Dental care and I was impressed with the friendly staff and doctor. My experience was has been pleasurable and comforting. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone.
