Absolute Dental Kids - Lake Mead

Worst Patient care ever! The employees should really not be woring with patients! I have never been more disappointed in the attitude and ethics of the workers. My husband went in on saturday for a impression for a flipper and they were not concerned about that at all, but concerned about taking xrays and a cleaning. On the phone the recpetionist tells me one price and when hes there its a different price. The office manager was very rude and not knowledgable at all and her employees werent knowledgeable either! That entire office needs to be retrained in patient care, quality of work and basically how to deal with patients in general! I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

I am really dissapointed with Absolute Dental at Lake Mead. I went to this place because my insurance had them on their list. I should of checked the other fine dental places on my insurance list before quickly deciding to go to Absolute Dental. My wife and daughter were given poor root canals. They are complaining of toothaches where before it didn't hurt there, and that has been one monthe after treatment. My youngest son went there the same day, and I am receiving a $539.00 bill. Apparently, Absolute Dental forgot to bill my insurance company. Emily, who works for Absolute Dental said that I didn't provide that information. My insurance company finally paid the bill, but Emily said there is still other costs since my son had gotten surgery the next day, and he has medicaid on top of my other insurance. I call her at number 702-435-5015 and people say I am at fault. I did some research and Absolute Dental will have to write off the other charges, because the law states that it is untimely they submitted the bill. I had no control, then why would they see me. and say I don't worry about the bill. Well, I hope nobody goes through this awful situation. Not only has my family been through this experience, but they hurt me mentally. At least it didn't hurt my pockets. Imagine if I hadn't done my research and made phone calls. I would of been hundreds of dollars broke, and especially in this economy.

The front office and surgery coordinator(Diana) are very unprofessional. Please keep in mind that this is a childrens clininc and the workers use profanity...they are rude...and there to play not to work...the patients are not their top priority.....I would not recommend anyone to take their children there...BAD CHOICE...please find a different clinic that has a respectable crew.
