I have no idea why there are good reviews on here. My bf and I booked our first appointments together, 5 weeks before. They said that was the earliest. When we arrived, the place looked run down and we were skeptical but still decided to give it a shot. 3 People were already waiting when we arrived. Even though I specifically wrote in my medical form that I may be pregnant, they still did x-rays on me without asking me. But that is not just it. The woman doing the x-rays had no idea how to do anything and she ended up taking 5 wrong x-rays cause she couldn't place the panel right or handle the equipment, and is she insisted on me doing more x-rays. She could barely speak English and was definitely not trained for that job. Even when I told her I may be pregnant and i decline to do more x-rays because of that, she was still trying to tell me that it was safe for me because I had a plastic cover on me...really? That was 1 hour after my appointment time and I WAS NOT EVEN SEEN by the doctor. Then my bf came (who was also waiting for his appointment) and told me that people who looked like drug addicts were in the bathrooms and that the bathrooms were extremely filthy. That is when we decided to cancel and leave right then and there. Bare in mind that there is only 1 doctor at this office, and there were 6 patients booked at the same time waiting. The office was also run down and not clean. Completely Unacceptable and unprofessional and i do not know how they stay in business. I wouldn't go back even if you paid me a million dollars.

This place has got to be the best dentist in North Hollywood! I was having a major tooth ache and I saw there sign. I walked in and told them I was in major pain! walking in there I was really nervous. But the Dr there she was so caring and so gentle I told her exactly where the pain was. She informed me that I would need a root canal with no hesitation I went trough with the treatment. After she was done I was a little sore. I also had a crown done. As I specified it if your looking for a dentist and are in North Hollywood I highly recommend this place. My whole family are all patients of Hamlin Dental Group North Hollywood.
