MPT is AWESOME! I have been with them for nearly three years and they have proven themselevs to be sincere, genuine, knowledgeable, and they produce results. I am down over two hundred pounds. I have changed my lifestyle and attitude and it is because of their tremendous program! They are amazing! Enough said.

These greedy people continue to charge you for your membership even if you try to cancel it or if your membership expires. The trainers cancel with you all the time too. Bad customer service all round.

READ BEFORE SIGNING WITH MPT.

I am dealing with MPT regarding canceling my daughters contract due to her being placed on active duty with the military. She attempted to resolve the matter before she left. Unfortunately, both her and her superior were treated very disrespectfully. I ultimately got involved to assist my daughter and we made a phone call to the Corporate office before she left. I thought the matter was going to be resolved. It wasn’t and I received collection notices. I have recently began trying to resolve the contract issue while she is away serving our country. In trying to get them to cancel my daughters contract, I found that they are not customer focused. They appear to be only interested in obtaining their fees, regardless of the situation or federal law. My review: This place is GREEDY. They have no customer service skills, nor do they know how to deal with personal situations in a professional manner. Did my daughter get her desired results? YES, she did. When she needed to cancel her contract was she able to do it with ease due to her military duty? NO, she was not. She attempted for two months to do so and her superior officer attempted as well. Result? She was turned over to collections and I am handling it from here. My advise to all of you ...Move on unless you want to pay a business who will not let you out of a contract if you are unsatisfied, or are absolutely certain that you will never move, get sick, or injured. Otherwise, based on the reviews I've read and my own experience they will not release you from your contract. I'm assuming that is because they cannot replace their customer base with the same pace that their unsatisfied customers leave.

I have been going here for 8 months now paying almost $150 a month. They promised me weight loss and I have been following there calorie plan and going ther 2 times per week religiously for 8 months i have my calories written down for EVERY day since i have signed up. I have lost a TOTAL of 8 lbs and gained it right back! I have sppoken with them multiple times about this and they promise me weight loss and are only willing to add more time to the end of my contract. Not once after talking to them have I actually lost the weight. WHY WOULD I WANT MORE TIME OF SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK? If you are thinking about doing this please save your money. There are success stories but more often than that there are failure stories. I was hoping to be one of those success stories but instead all i am doing is funding them to advertise to screw others over. PLease save your $!!

The program is NOT personal training. They do the same thing with everyone and in an unsafe way. There is no stretching or warming up prior to the weight training, which is a great way to pull muscles and damage ligaments and tendons. I pulled a muscle as well as injured my knee. As other reviews have stated, they are in the business of taking your money. They will NOT let you discontinue even though it is detrimental to your health/body. They would not even accept a letter from my licensed physician because they didn't feel he was an acceptable professional and I wasn't "permanently" injured. wow. Do NOT sign a contract with these people. This is a dishonest and greedy company.
