Sunny Solutions Window Tinting

I went back & forth by email explaining what I needed. I told them I had tint on my car. I made an appt. after signing everything they charged me an additional 50 to remove the tint. They told me the appt would take 2 hrs. 6.5 hrs later, I picked up my car, just to find a horrible job had been done. They left all the solution on the inside of my car. Tint had bubbles, 2 days later the tint started rolling, and condensation on the inside of my car. Called Monday and explained the problems and were asked to send pictures to their cell. She asked us to come in that Thurs. When my husband arrived, she said he couldn’t be helped that day. Never offered to clean up the solution or apologized for anything. They asked for him to come back the next Thurs. My husband didn’t go back. The owner called him the next Thurs and asked if he was coming and my husband told him no that he was going to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. The owner said "okay". He never apologize or offered another day.

I have never had a worse experience from a company. First I was rescheduled for my original appointment, then I had to call back 4 times to actually get my quote and after I finally got someone- no apology. I got a lot of excuses as to why I did not get it to me. I gave another shot and gave them the business and they showed up and the guy didn't know what windows he was doing and ended up only doing 1/2 of what was requested. He told me the office would contact me the next day and 2 days later I finally called them as they never called me. Then, I call and get the remainder scheduled and I do it 2 weeks in advance. The guys still showed up at least 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment time. When he was done, they called to see if it was good, but they refused to let me pay by check and had me pay by credit card. The actual price was 150.00 more than quoted. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with- consider yourself warned as I have never gotten so much as an apology- until I asked for one :(

Jeremy did a excellent job and stayed way past business hours to finish the job..I will definitely refer all my friends :-)

I waited 2 hrs on my car to be tinted the first time. I was told 1 hr. It was full of bubbles and dirt. The tint had to be removed and redone, which took 5 hrs of my time. This time the tint is not the same as what I had originally. The glass was left dirty and so was my car. I would not take your car to sunny solutions!

Big thanks to Jeremy who stayed 2 and a half hours after the shop closed to make sure I had the best looking and highest quality product on my car yesterday. If there is one place I will recommend to everyone it's Sunny Solutions. Amazing work and the price was great. Customer service is top notch! Go see these guys or give them a call. They will make sure you are taken care of. Nothing but good things to say about Sunny Solutions. Thanks again!

I've had Jeremy tint 4 vehicles for myself. I was very excited to hear he opened his own place in Aiken. As a contractor I refer all my customers to him to have their buildings and homes done. So many places promise what Jeremy delivers, save your self the trouble and go to the professional

First time I've ever had any tinting done. I love this place! They didn't push me into buying anything. As a girl as was worried that I'd would be hounded by a pushy salesman. Not so there. Jeremy helped me out. He showed me the different films for my BMW and explained what they did. Then they showed me the display wall that showed how much heat the films blocked. Very cool. I picked out the crystalline and it makes a real difference

I liked these guys good price prompt service. Very professional. they even fix my car's yellod head lights. will use them again and recommend to everyone i know. coming to my house was just cool. i watch tv they worked. and left my garage as clean as they found it. Awesome man!
