Pablos

This restaurant was awesome. I was there for my birthday. I had the Arroz con Pollo and my husband had the Grande Burrito. We special ordered each one because of different food aversions. The server was very nice and accommodating. The food arrived quickly, although there were a lot of customers in the restaurant.Evertything we ordered was prepared correctly and tasted delicious. The server asked did I was complimentary fried ice cream or a shot of tequila for my birthday. I got the shot. They (the wait staff) sang Felix Cumpleaños. I had a great time and will definitely be back.

After waiting months for Pablo's to open, we were all very very disappointed. All 3 items on my #9 Lunch Combo (relleno, burrito, enchilada) were awful. The relleno wasn't even breaded and all 3 items were stuffed only with some kind of tasteless gritty brown mush that reminded me of bland dog food. Except for their slight difference I size, the enchilada and burrito were indistinguishable from one another. The "Fajita Taco Salad" was missing the green pepper, onion, tomato avocado and green pepper is was supposed to have, and was basically a WAAAY over priced ($8.79) taco shell of head lettuce and canned refritos. There was a bit of chicken mushed up in the refritos. The overpriced (about $3.50) guacamole dip tasted good, but was barely the size of a ping pong ball. The waiter had to come back and ask 3 times what we wanted to drink (1 water, 1 ice tea), then he served my tea to the wrong table. I had to ask for our check twice, then received the wrong one. When he came back with the right check, I asked if I paid over there, indicating the deserted register. He said, "I'll take care of it" but when I tried to hand him back the check along with my card, he walked off saying "I'll come back and get it." We waited and waited. I finally saw a different employee clearing a table, I asked him if he could ring up my check which he did. My own waiter never returned. This was a complete waste of $23.
