Dental Examination
Here at American Dental Solutions we care about the hygiene of your mouth so you can smile brighter for longer. Every patient’s situation is different, but typically we recommend our patients to visit our office every 6 months for a professional dental cleaning and exam. Teeth Cleaning
During your dental cleaning, the overall health of your teeth will be assessed along with discussion of your at-home care. Dental hygiene ultimately starts at home, continues in our office, and ends at home, so we at American Dental Solutions wish to help you maintain a healthy relationship with your teeth. Coming to your appointments every 6 months (or as recommended to you by your dentist), and following a regular teeth cleaning schedule can help you maintain proper oral health.

Fillings
Veneers
When most people think of cosmetic dentistry the first things that pop to mind are along the lines of teeth whitening and veneers (lumineers.) However, did you know that cosmetic dentistry encompasses a whole variety of procedures? Most of all including dental implants!
Crowns
The difference between the types are the materials that support the denture teeth and retain the partial denture in the mouth. Removable partial dentures attach to your natural teeth with metal clasps or devices called precision attachments. Precision attachments are generally more visually appealing than metal clasps and they are nearly invisible. Crowns on your natural teeth may improve the fit of a removable partial denture. And many attachments usually require crowns. Dentures with precision attachments generally cost more than those with metal clasps.
Bridges
If you have a damaged or missing tooth, then a crown or dental bridge may be the right solution to restore your smile. Because crowns and bridges are cemented in, they offer the perfect long–term solution for many patients. American Dental Solutions is unique because it houses it’s own Dental Laboratory. Therefore, our Dentists work closely with our technicians to hand craft the finest crowns and bridges custom made for your smile.
Dental Bonding
It is important to know the difference of when you are experiencing a dental emergency and need immediate care, and when you need a regular dental appointment for a check-up. Some problems like smoothing a chipped tooth, re-cementing a crown that is not causing pain, and composite bonding to repair a tooth are not dental emergencies and can be dealt with during regular office hours. Root Canal Treatment
If you get a tooth infection or a large cavity that causes the tooth’s pulp and/or root to become inflamed, then you will need a root canal. Root canal therapy, also known as endodontic treatment, will save your natural teeth. During this procedure the pulp and root will be removed, sealed, and potentially capped. The initial tooth infection can be quite painful, but the procedure is not necessarily painful and rather relieves your pain. A painless root canal is possible, and does not need to be a multi-appointment experience. With today’s modern technology, American Dental Solutions can perform a one-visit root canal.
Apicoectomy
When there is an infection after root canal surgery, an apicoectomy will be needed. Also known as endodontic microsurgery, apicoectomies are performed to remove the infected tissue and the root tip, so the infected tooth won’t need to be extracted. When there is an infection after root canal surgery, it is generally because there is a problem with the root apex, and that is why an apicoectomy is needed, and only performed after a root canal.

Dentures
Are you missing only a few teeth scattered over either arch (upper or lower teeth)? Or are you missing most of your teeth, but have a minimum of two teeth on both sides of the arch? If so, then American Dental Solutions can inexpensively replace the missing teeth with a partial dentures.

Dental Implants
Once you plan your free consultation at American Dental Solutions you will arrive for the first visit of the dental implant procedure. Here your Oral Surgeon will evaluate the health of your gums, jawbone, and the surrounding teeth as well as your overall health history. Additionally, the Oral Surgeon will present your options for dental implants and sedation method. At the end of your consultation, our staff will cover your insurance information and will discuss the tooth implant cost. Oral Surgery
Your teeth are important and when problems come along, you will need the best oral surgery available. That's why at American Dental Solutions our specially trained oral surgeon can perform a variety of surgeries in our on-site surgical suite.
Jaw Surgery
Corrective Jaw Surgery is used to correct both minor and major skeletal structure issues including misalignment of jaws and teeth. This procedure may also help improve one’s chewing, speaking, and breathing, and also can change a person’s appearance.
Tooth Extractions
Tooth extraction is a relatively quick outpatient procedure that results in a dentist or oral surgeon removing a tooth. Extensive trauma, tooth decay, gum disease and cracked or broken teeth usually require immediate attention from your dentist. As your dental care provider, we will evaluate your case and do everything we can to save your natural teeth. However, despite our best efforts in saving teeth, sometimes extractions are the only treatment option in extreme cases. Tooth extraction is a very common procedure, and is performed at all American Dental Solutions’ locations.
Bone Grafting
Bone grafting and tooth contouring is a type of surgical procedure that reshapes the bone that holds one or more teeth in place. We use this to treat the gum disease called Periodontitis, which produces holes in the bone around teeth causing them to come loose and fall out.

Orthodontics
Dr. Silver is a board certified orthodontist. He completed his undergraduate education at Hobart College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was an academic All-American tennis player. He then went on to graduate with with his DMD, Masters in Medical Science, and an orthodontic degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr. Silver also became certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, which is an accomplishment that he shares with only about 40% of orthodontists. He continues to be a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics and Harvard Odontological Society.
