I have used Terry's for a couple of years and they have always been friendly and dependable. He guarantees his work and for a woman that means alot. They font try to get over on ya, they give you a quote and that's what I have paid. I trust them and I won't take my vehicle to anyone else.

This place is so unpredictable and u professional. I took my car in and was told it would be fixed in 3 days. No one called to ever update me. I had to call everyday to get answers. It took almost 2 weeks to get my car serviced and they tried to charge me $200 more than what was originally quoted. I will just stick to Metric Motors in Edmond and make the drive. The service was awful and my air conditioner still is not working 600 dollars later.

Honest mechanic. Fair price. He was honest and didn't try to take advantage. Had no problems answering questions

Terry's saved me a lot of money. After my purse got caught when I closed the door on my 2004 Toyota Tundra the door handle was loose on one side. A couple of auto shops told me they would have to order a new handle, have it painted and installed. They declined to pull the door panel to see what the problem actually was. Terry's removed the interior door panel and found a bolt had come loose and was in the bottom of the door. They reinstalled that single bolt and now my door handle is solid and secure again. Hoorah for men who can make their brains and hands cooperate to solve a problem!

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill in a bad, bad way. I used to go to Terry all the time, and he is a good and courteous mechanic. Too bad he hired a gang of witless morons. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and was told they would look at it the next morning. I called around 4:30pm on Thursday, and was told they would look at it first thing Friday morning. I stopped by Friday afternoon and was told my truck was next, I waited until 4:45pm and called, and was chastised for inquiring about my truck. I was asked if I had seen all the other cars in the parking lot, I replied yes, but reminded the fool that my vehicle was promised to be looked at two days ago. I asked the mechanic if my truck would be looked at tonight, tomorrow, or do I need to take it somewhere else? I was once again told my truck would be looked at Saturday morning. I waited till 11am, and still heard nothing so I went out there and asked to get my key back. I ended up in a huge yelling match with the mechanic. The whole ordeal ended up being a huge waste of my time, with absolutely no results. Just put off day after day with the same excuses. A real shame of a business due to the idiot mechanic. If you don't have time to look at my vehicle, please tell me so I can go somewhere else! Don't go there, ever!!!!!!

Terrible auto repair shop, horrible service, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. i HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR FOUR YEARS. Terry used to be good but now that he has expanded he does not care if he fixes your car properly or not. I took my car there to change spark plugs and ignition wire and he kept my car for 27 days!!!. the car became worse than when he fixed it and i had to take it to kia , because of his terrible "repair" . Stay away from NEIL his assistant, he doesnt know anything about fixing cars, they ruined the engine of my car!!!

Excellent service. The dealership service department wanted over $600 to change the radiator on my car. And I'd have to leave it overnight. Terry did the job in a couple of hours and it cost half that amount. You won't be sorry. They know their stuff and they're not out to rob their customers. All I can say is -I'm very satisfied.

Stay away from this business at all costs. They did not fix my car right the first time--or the "fix" seemed to last only a few days. A few days later I was having the exact problem but was very busy. Then they said it might have had a totally different problem. They said a lot of damage had been done by the time I had come back when they had had the opportunity to fix it correctly the first time I came in. As far as I know, it had the same symptoms. I went in again because my regular mechanic was not open, and they Terry's said it could be a very expensive fix. One of the people said something that contradicted what one said was wrong with my car, and they said that someone else had looked at it. So I wondered if anyone actually knew what was wrong with my car/had looked at it. I had asked them to call when they knew something and inform me of the price before they did any work, but they did not. It was in the shop for several days. It was not a very expensive fix but would be cheaper and faster elsewhere. They did not mention the specifics of how they fixed it even after I asked. They go into so much detail about what is likely wrong that you'd believe you'd know what they're doing. I think they do too. Actually finding someone with the integrity to actually fix the situation may require you to look elsewhere. I won't be back.

I have done business with this place for a long time, he is honest and trustworthy. He does what is required. He does not try to "tack" on any work without discussing it with you. He doesn't "just find" stuff wrong with your auto. I would rather take my car there than any other place in town.
