Bad company to do business with, they drop your case and don't help you find anyone else at a very inconvenient time. Then, you have to search all over again because they refer no one and it's hard to find indian representation. They lied to us and did us dirty.

We went to this firm that was recommended by an Edmond Attorney. Mr. Ptichlynn said he was responsible for Choctaw Indian casino making 5 times more money then the previous year. He was going to take our case, he knew there is a limitation on the right to sue letter, he had a copy. He waited right before the right to sue was about to expire, had someone call our home, leave a message that they were not going to take the case after all. This left us with NO TIME to find another indian law attorney that would take the case and they offered NONE. It was as if he did this purposely to allow the right to sue to expire fo the company we wanted to sue for wrongful termination, harassment and extreme duress against us. TSS is a very poorly ran company on TAFB as a contractor, we were suing them. They are victimizing dozens of employees, descrimination and harasment by the HR manager that is extremely hateful, possibly insane and shows it, power hungry and abuses her authority! BEWARE!
