Called to order flowers for my daughter's 21st and the owner have no phone skills as well as customer service. It was almost like I was asking for charity rather than a paying customer. He is on the wong business for certain.

Another local florist messed up my order for Valentine's Day and didn't want to make it right, so I called Design 2000 to re-order for my girlfriend and they got it right the first time! The bouquet was stunning! Thanks Design 2000!

PEOPLE DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS PERSON. I AM A EVENT PLANNER AND I USE THIS FLOWER SHOP ALOT. YOU WON'T FIND ANYTHING COMPARABLE IN NORMAN. RICHARD ALWAYS COMES THROUGH FOR US. HE ALWAYS HAS THE BEST SELECTION OF FRESH FOWERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. TRUST ME. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE!

I strongly recomment you don't use this flower shop. The owner is very rude and doesn't seem to care about customer at all. I went in once and my roommate went in on her own once as well, both of us were astonished at how horrible the owner was. The prices aren't even worth the wretched service, I strongly advise going elsewhere!

Called to order sympathy arrangement, never received. Called to see why, very poor customer service, said they were human and they make mistakes. No apology, no offer to rectify the matter. Charge credit card anyway. Called when showed no credit said he did, again no apology, tried to blame the Funeral Home and then tried to say they did fill it. Used abusive language and kept interrupting and then hung up. Would never ever recommend!
