Won't do business there again. Ended up bringing the car back and fighting tooth and nail to get my down payment back. The salesmen were a crew of dishonest bastards.

My husband and I had a great shopping experience here! Landon Bri helped us find the vehicle we wanted! The only negative part about this and all buying experiences is when it comes to negotiation time. If you don't want a bad buying experience, please know your credit score. know BBK value and what payment it should get you at and don't agree to anything that is outside of your comfort zone. If you fail to do that, you will be over charged, not only here, but anywhere else you go!

We were looking for a rare vehicle that we were very specific about. I contacted the dealership, had our finance application completed and the black book for our trade in completed and ready, Jenifer suggested we come on Saturday ( this was Wed) because of childcare and driving 2 hours. We spoke on Wednesday, Friday, and our entire drive Saturday. During our drive she was emailing me that they were waiting on us, where to park, who to ask for, etc. Once we got there we were told us that they sold the vehicle that was being held for us that morning and had not told us during our entire 2 hour drive so we could turn around. He offered once to help us find a different vehicle and once I told him no we were very specific and that was the exact vehicle we wanted he just sat there and never offered a thing. No one ever called or emailed me to apologize, followed us out to apologize, there was no offer to atleast pay for our gas because of the inconvenience which was completely avoidable.

John Williamson at big red auto sales got us in a new Kia optima with a phone call saying my girl was approved for a new car we got a ride up there keep in mind mine broke down and had to sell it we get there and was greeted by John who said he can get us in a new car and we thought cool this guy is confident well 6+ hours went by and we finally got to drive off in it wasn't able to pick the car we wanted and $900 down payment later we was on our way the tag went out on 9/23/15 it was the 27th before we found out about it well low and behold to this day 11/17/15 we have yet to get the title so we can get the tag and quit driving it illegally after 3 phone calls from me and my girl in this time frame since we're gonna run into a sum of money we're gonna give it back but the moral of this story don't buy from big red and if you do decide to do a google review check on them my mistake was doing it after the fact and found they had more bad reviews then good

Rude!!!! Rude!! Rude!!!!

All this place does is play a bunch of games! Its not worth time or money, they will tell you one thing and do another. There are so many car dealerships out there that will actually help you, but this place is not it!!!! Drew (a manager) will not listen to a word you say he will hang up on you and tell you nothing but lies. I'd rather be without a car! The only person worth speaking to you is Reggie, he cares about his customers and builds a relationship! Dont buy a car here!!!!!!!!

My daughter thought she was cosigning for a friend but was conned into purchasing a Rio 2014 by the salesman at BiIG RED KIA. He actually told my daughter she was cosigning for the car. When her so called friend did not pay anything on the car and they came after my daughter, that is when she found out about the scam! Unfortunately, my daughter isn't too swift and the dealership according to the finance company OVERCHARGED HER as well.

Nothing but Games and Rude!

Worst experience ever! Rude, macho attitude, games, and terms numbers kept changing. First salesman tells me I need co-sign from my son and to not tell my wife. She would get mad but get over it and called his wife a Nazi nnot cool. Then had to leave and Scott with the kopa spiked hair took over and it was a back and forth number game, but we came to an agreement then the term changed from 60 months to 72 months but the misunderstanding "was all me"... BS! Then accused me of having ano they motive of banking out cause its never the terms/money.... I was done wanted our deposit back and told him to GO! Then Scott started yelling is was his establishment and he will go where he wants to. later he apologized thought I was done I would not be coming back and response was "I appreciate that" and stormed off. If you want to be disrespect, treated like a dummy, called a liar (of course not in so many words that so they can say oh I didn't say that!) And yelled at and pay too much with their number games and trends switching. Well, this is the place to go! If you want respect, treated fair, and no numbers/term games them go somewhere else! We ended up leaving and went to Jim Newton and walked out with a car, fair price/deal, no number games, and my son a happy kid with a Mazda M3!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They are nothing but crooks, liars, and just plain dishonest. They place christian music in the background of the showroom, but the way they conduct business is VERY UNchristian like. I would NEVER do business with these people. Stay far far away from this place. Trust me, they will do everything possibly dishonest to get your money!!

I saw an ad online for an older car that said "WE CAN FINANCE ANYONE!! GET SUPER LOW PAYMENTS WITH ZERO CASH DOWN" so I called them and verified the car was still there and drove out from Yukon to see it. Once I got there they finally told me that the car I want is too cheap to finance and that I need to buy it outright instead. I let them know I was not prepared to pay several thousand dollars up front because we had discussed financing over the phone.

They had me fill out an application while they were looking for the car then came back and said the car was just sold. They said they have another car that I may be interested in so I test drove this other car. It had some grinding noises when accelerating and the suspension makes some clicking or popping noises while turning. The sales guy said this just needs power steering fluid and it will be fine. After the test drive the sales guy went to run some numbers on it so I looked for the car online while he was doing that. I found the ad from Big Red for the car I just test drove, it cost more than twice as much as the car I had come to look at.

When the sales guy came back he showed me some estimated payments and a price that was $2000 MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE. I showed him the add on my phone and that he was trying to make me pay more for this car than the advertised price. He confirmed it was the same car but said 'That is a price we use to get people in here.' At this point I told him I was very uncomfortable continuing and that I needed to leave. He asked me to stay for just a moment then had his manager come talk to me. He said he was sorry they had sold the first car and was still trying to convince me to buy this one. I declined and left.

A few days later a guy I work with also saw the add for the car I originally wanted and called and asked them about it. The car is still there and still for sale. I am very upset that the sales guy and the manager both were in on lieing to me to try to get me to buy the more expensive car. Buyers need to beware and keep your guard up. I feel like this place is dishonest and will tell you anything they need to say to get as much of your money as they can.

I was told by my local hardware store that I needed to get a blank spare key from my Kia dealer. I was surprised to be charged $30, as my key doesn't have a chip. But, fortunately, they had one in stock, so I forked over $30. This was a few days before Christmas and I didn't need the key right away, so I waited several weeks before taking my blank key, along with my working key, to a key shop to have the key cut.

I was pretty surprised when the guy at the key shop told me, "The dealer ripped you off. I have this blank for $3." I had the $3 key made, stuck the rip off blank in my purse and forgot about it. A few weeks later, I gave the Kia to my son, as he turned 16. When I tried to return the unused, undamaged blank key to Big Red Kia, I was told they would not give me a refund because I had made the purchase more than 30 days ago. They showed me the fine print on the receipt stating that they did not give refunds after 30 days.

I explained to them that the key was undamaged and they didn't even have to order it for me, as it had been in stock. The guy just kept pointing to the small print on the receipt. I said, "I understand that you legally don't HAVE to give me the refund; however, since the key isn't damaged it would just be good customer service to give me a refund. His response was (and I'm not kidding), "This isn't about good customer service."

At least he was right about that.

Oh, by the way, I paid way too much for the car because I stupidly believed the sales person, but I guess that one's my bad.

After a long day of shopping and getting the runaround from other dealerships we went to Big Red looking for a SUV. We told the salesman what we were looking for he showed us 4 vehicles that fit our budget and needs. We decided we wanted the Tahoe. Everyone was so friendly. It was really the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase we have ever made. Next time we will start by going to Big Red. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

NEVER EVER BUY there

Our van we bought 2 years ago went out so we went shopping. After many friends said to go to big red we decided too. We spent 1 hour walking around with no one even trying to help us. Finally a man named John came and helped us. We spent 6 hours searching. We found nothing in our price range or what my family needed. Mainly because the may tornadoes destroyed everyone's cars and everyone is out looking at the same time as us. We tell them we need our van to be paid off and they said yes no problem. We said we do NOT have any money for a down payment and that guy was like that's fine. He calls us 2 days later because they got a car in he thought we'd like and in our price range. Well when we go to file the paper work they say they'll only give me $500 for our van. My husband was upset because they already said they'd give us more. Finally after lots of debating and talking he agrees to pay it off. Well come to find out he didn't pay it off he added it on to my finacing making my monthly payment jump higher. Take the car home and the next day the fininace guy calls and says hey you never gave me your down payment. The manger wrote we put a down payment when him and John very well knew we didn't have one. So he tells us we can either bring him the down payment or add it to his finacing. No thanks you can have your car back.

On April 4th, 2013, I was sold a 2000 Land Rover Discovery by Big Red Sports and Imports in Norman, Oklahoma after my 2001 Chevy Cavalier blew a rod after 8 years of ownership. I was saving for college and couldn't afford a vehicle so when I found the Land Rover for $5000 I thought it would be an incredible deal. The worth of the vehicle on NADA was less than $2500 but unfortunately I did not know this till after purchase. I paid $4000 cash plus my Cavalier. During the transaction I was told it was looked over by the dealership and it was in great shape and it ran fantastic. During the test drive I noticed no problems. But the next day after I bought the vehicle on my way home the transmission exploded during 5 o'clock traffic. The cabin filled with smoke, and I dangerously pulled over crossing an entire lane.

The transmission had imploded, I took photos and video and had the vehicle towed back to the dealership and demanded a refund. They informed me that I bought it as in so they couldn't refund me. I told them they lied to me about the vehicle to which the sales manager told me that it was a whole-sale vehicle, it hadn't been inspected, and my salesman shouldn't have told me that it was in good shape. After 4 days of them telling me they would take care of it, they informed me it was my fault because I hit an object while driving so hard that it punctured the transmission pan causing the implosion and it was entirely my fault and they wouldn't help whatsoever. Video and photo proof proves this is a lie, the outside of the pan is completely clean, not even a scratch. They refused to speak to me and kicked me out of their dealership when I arrived to confront them about their lies. I am no out of a vehicle, out $4000 of my college savings, and need at least another $5000 to take them to court. I have sufficient evidence, witnesses, and advice to safely win the case but unfortunately can't afford it.

I'm really trying to expose what a horrendous ordeal this is to the public about the dangers of buying a used car and expose Big Red for what a terrible dealership they are.

I would give them negative stars if I could

As a previous customer and loan officer at a local bank I would personally NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and steer my clients clear of purchasing from here. I bought my first car on my own through Big Red, huge mistake. The person I worked with (Cody) was extremely pushy and rude. However, I liked the car so I purchased it. The car had a recall that Big Red did not disclose to me and my car stalled out on a busy street and I was nearly hit. I later found out this was a common problem with the car I purchased and I feel Big Red was not looking out for my safety or best interest when letting me buy this car. I traded it in due to all the problems I was having only to discover the car had HAIL DAMAGE, also not disclosed, which I believe is ILLEGAL in the stat of Oklahoma, and was on the roof of the car where I could not see(I'm short). The people at Bob Moore were nice enough to pull it up to the curb so I could stand on it and see for myself. I work with these people at Big Red on a regular basis and can't stand any of them. They're a horrible, shady dealership, even according to someone I know that used to work there! Caveat Emptor!!
