Great Clips

I was very disappointed when I went to my appointment yesterday, Dec. 4th. The person who did my hair was Tim Wackers. When I made the appointment for the perm, haircut and style I was told this was all included in the $45.00 charge. This is what was stated that I wanted. Tim cut my hair and gave me the perm, but did not blow dry it or style it, saying he had 2 customers that were waiting. I had to pay the $45.00. I even commented on how wet my hair was as I was paying. He stated, "well you could sit under the dryer for awhile." I left the store looking as if a wet curly mop had been placed on my head!!!! I had to go to work later, it was disgusting. My husband took pictures when I got home from work. This was my first time going to a Great Clips salon and I can't put it into words how hurt and disgusted I was!!!
