Top Nails

EXTREMELY Unprofessional, my sister had her nails done there yesterday, and was completely not satisfied. I don't know where to begin, My sister had requested one fake nail to be placed on her middle finger and the rest are my sisters natural nail. She wanted her tips done well They went to far down for the tips, they gel was not even dry because some of the gel was crinkle up the tips and sides had some dents in them and were already chipped. The shaping was horrible so I called asked them to please remove the polish and refund her the money. The manager said I've been working here for 12 years and never had any complaints and refused to correct her mistakes she kept placing the blame on my sister. Then she hung up on me, I attempted to call back 6 times and each time she picked up and hung up without saying anything. So I drove to the establishment and spoke to her face to face she started to yell at me saying she won't speak to me but will speak to my sister, who I was waiting for her to come back. My sister is not Confrontational so I always handle everything. The women called the Local Authorities on me stated I was Yelling. When the police arrived the spoke to us separately and they were male officers, Even they said it was a horrible Job. She was not willing to refund the full $35 + $5 tip my sister gave her I don't know why but instead she refunded $15 for her time and offered to remove polish cause she didn't want me to post bad reviews of her establishment not know while I was standing outside speaking to cops I had already snapped a few photos. When she removed the polish my sisters nails was way thinner than before and poorly damaged. This place has so many bad reviews they should not be standing still. Honestly if she would of just owned her mistakes in the beginning instead of doing all this extra stuff I wouldn't be so angry, and the. She blamed the imperfection of rounding my sister nail was because my sister asked to have her real nails rounded. L
