South on the 55 Freeway to Newport Blvd. Newprt Blvd merges with Balboa Blvd near the Newport Pier. Follow Balboa Blvd going towards the Balboa Pier. Before the Balboa Pier, turn left on Palm St., then left on E. Bay, then the 1st right onto Adams. We're the last building on the right hand side of Adams. We're where Adams and E. Edgewater Ave meet at the Harbor.
