Kevin Dunkley - State Farm Insurance Agent

So I've been a homeowners insurance customer with Kevin for I guess 9 years now!

Never had any complaints or even concern to call them in that entire time.

Recently I discovered that I had made a major error. I had changed insurance companies due to changes in my life (not because of State Farm!) and I just assumed that the two companies would talk, like what happens when you change car insurance. Well, they do not! So by supreme coincidence I received correspondence that I actually opened up. Everyone knows how that is, you get tons of junk mail, and very little is actually important, so most I just recycle.

Well, correspondence indicated I was actually being billed (automatic, another mistake if you don't pay close attention!) by two insurance companies! I called Kevin's office, spoke to one of his staff, and was told that the issue would be taken care of after I provided my proof of insurance with two companies.

Low and behold, a couple of weeks later, I got another mailing from State Farm (which I now open by the way). It was FULL reimbursement for the time that I was paying double! I talked with another insurance company about their policy, and the period they would have refunded was much less.

So all in all, Kevin's office is exceptional. I felt compelled to write this because I like to see good people and businesses rewarded. All the best to Kevin and his staff.
