People Care has terrible service. One aide for my Mom allowed my Mom to wander outside (when I wasn't at home). When I came home my Mom was gone and the aide was napping. Luckily I found my Mom had walked into our neighbor's house. Another aide watched television instead of taking care of my Mom. She also allowed my Mom to go the bathroom on her own. Upon coming home, I found feces on my Mom plus on the bathroom floor and a trail all the way into the living room. Another aide after working with my Mom for awhile decided to barely do any work, she mostly sat in the dining room. When I spoke to the agency about it, I was told she was upset with someone at People Care. But it was terrible that she took out her anger on us. Also when an aide was sick, we were not always sent a replacement.
