Formed in 1993, WestPoint Home is a manufacturer and marketer of bed and bath home fashions. The company has a history that dates back more than 200 years with the founding of J.P. Stevens & Company, Pepperell Manufacturing Company and WestPoint Manufacturing Company. WestPoint products include mattress pads, feather and fiberbeds, bed pillows, sheets, towels, bath accessories, comforters, down comforters, blankets and bedding accessories. The company s brand names include Martex, Grand Patrician, Uitca, Chatham, Vellux, Stevens and Lady Pepperell. In addition to its own brands, WestPoint makes a range of products under license for such brands as Ralph Lauren Home, Disney Home and Martha Stewart. WestPoint Home employs more than 13,000 associates, maintains approximately 25 manufacturing facilities, 15 distribution centers and nearly 40 outlet stores across the United States, including West Point, Ga.
