        Extraordinarily poor customer service. New York City is fortunate to have many companies that specialize in unique stone and tile, so customer service is what ultimately differentiates these businesses. Unfortunately, as beautiful as the product is at Walker Zanger, their customer service is appalling. PLEASE go to a store where they call you back after they take your money...Walker Zanger is not the place. Any slight problems with their product, they don't want to know you...nor will they aid in finding ways to make repairs. They don't return calls from customers, contractors or architects...be warned...
