Chalkboards at Vbar&cafe display quite a vast array of offerings considering the size of our firstborn: a select food menu featuring pastries from Ceci Cela Patisserie, handmade cookies by This Chick Bakes, and house made yogurt & granola, Panini, cheese and meat platters, daily soups, and desserts; a line of coffee beverages serving artisanal wood-roasted Aneri espresso, and Gillies drip coffee; a rotating selection of over thirty wines by the glass, many of them organic; and about forty beers, including an excellent selection of microbrews. We strive to give warm, fun hospitality, and to serve only products that we like to enjoy ourselves. That is, our offerings are based as much as possible on natural ingredients from local suppliers and other micro-producers.
