in the last week

Entire staff (personnel working at that office) that are currently employed need to receive some additional professional development training. They all are really terrible, and I absolutely mean that!!! Anytime it comes to performing their daily duty obligations and responsibilities, they fail miserably at it. I have been a resident here at Morganton Place Apartments in Faytteville, NC for a period of over 11 months, and not once have there ever been any gribes, complains, or concerns (never even been close to being late on a monthly payment). But the minute I ask for the smallest thing such as getting a book for my PA classes at Methodist University (in which was delivered by UPS), I was told no in a deliberately very negative attitude my Mrs. Mannie Schmidt. Mind you however they stood in the parking lot for a period of over 27 minutes after the facility was closed, but could not take two minutes of her time to perform an act of kindness for a very valued customer. In my professional opinion, that type of behavior needs to be address, and totally goes against customer service and business relations...Bottomline, that is NOT how you treat valued customers, especially one whom you have NEVER had any issues at all from once so ever. A few times, I have went to the office to ask for something small such as perhaps making a copy of a document of some sought, and was consistently turned away by that sorry excuse of a manager they have running the show. It is pretty obvious that someone handed her the job dude to her lack of experience and professionalism. (I'm speaking in regards to the one running the show in that office, not Mandy) She is absolutely clueless, and to say the least does not go above and beyond to take care of the customer. That staff at the office has made it very transparent of what they are all about which is clearly the money!!! From my time here, I've address a considerable amount of health concerns which definitely needed to be addressed as well as safety concerns to the entire staff working at the office, and they were never fixed or addressed. Again, I am a professional at what I do, with an impeccable service record of serving our country as a loyal and patriotic servant, however one thing I can not or will not stand for are people that do not treat others fairly, and with dignity, and respect. All that I am kindly asking, is that someone of higher management please look into and get back with me as a courtesy follow up to ensure the issue at hand was rectified. My intention is not to get any of these individuals terminated, but instead to offer guidance so that they all can get the proper training that is needed to better deal with individuals by providing with dignity and respect, and efficiently operating at their profession, instead of trying to make loop holes around the system that was set up to take care of the customer. Thanks in advance for your support, and prompt response, I greatly appreciate it, and look forward to speaking to someone in regards to this very serious matter. Take care, and God bless!

Kind Regards,
