It was great. Dr. Randy Pritz was attentive and thorough!

During my four visits to Dr. Pritz I received a practical and pragmatic diagnosis that was followed by efficient and talented dentistry. He set realistic expectations not only about number of visits needed but also amount of time needed during visits that he consistently honored. I am impressed with this experience and his skills and will continue to keep him as my dentist for the future.

Having not been to a dentist in a few years, a broke a tooth recently and had to find a dentist quickly. From the moment I walked in to the office I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly staff. Throughout the visit Dr. Pritz took extra time to explain the work he was doing, talk through my treatment plan for follow up, and answered all my questions. Great first visit, and will would absolutely recommend!

I look forward to future visits with Dr. Pritz.

After visiting many dentists over the years and having a range of procedures from fillings to crown's, I find Dr. Pritz to be one of the best - and refreshing - professional's in the Village. Not only does he carefully explain procedures, but he performs them with little to no discomfort. Staff is amazing and helpful and in no way do I ever feel like an automated machine unlike those clinical dental offices.

Dr. Pritz helped me get invisalign. He was clear in walking me through where my teeth needed correction and how the Invisalign process would work. I had no issues scheduling following follow up appointments. He was very friendly!

Super friendly and nice and was able to fit me in even though he had a busy day. He explained everything going on with my teeth and I felt confident knowing that I was in good hands.

I went in due to some discomfort when drinking or eating cold and doctor Pritz found the issue right away and moved ahead to correct the problem. He took the time to recommend excellent specialists for a follow-up. Thank you!!

Dr Pritz lays out all the possible options and makes you comfortable in the decision-making process. I was referred to him for Invisalign, which I'm happy with the process made so far - I did not even realize there are short/long options depending on the case until meeting Dr Pritz. The office is very clean and conveniently located.

Previously to this dental place, I've had extremely traumatic experiences, I get major anxiety and have always feared dentists. I feel like I can trust this doctor though. It is amazing. Doctor Pritz was really nice and his assistant offered to hold my hand if I needed it, which really made me feel like they care. Dentist was good effective gentle and on time!

Squeezed me in for an emergency root canal and follow-up appointment the next day when pain increased. Willing to explain the procedure step by step, and gave me his mobile to call 24/7 if pain/discomfort increased.

I have had a cleaning, check-up, and two old fillings redone with Dr. Pritz. He is friendly and conversational and put me at east (and I can get really nervous about fillings). He is the best dentist I've seen in NYC.

Dr. Pritz was fantastic, he explained everything to me very clearly and was able to advise me for the best treatment plan for my teeth.
