Need It Now Courier

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I read the other reviews before I called them. OVER 2 HOURS LATE FOR A PICKUP, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD DELIVERED THE PACKAGE WHEN IN REALITY THEY HAD NOT EVEN PICKED IT UP YET!



Caused huge problems for me and they weren't even apologetic or willing to comp the job. F these guys, they should be out of business.

Stay away from them. I had a delivery scheduled three times, and all three they failed to deliver on. Their most recent excuse was that they just didn't put my item on the truck. Worst service ever.

I wish I could give this business ZERO stars!!! As a client of Need It Now, I am flabbergasted and appalled at how I am treated, time and time again while scheduling a pick-up! Johnny was incredibly rude, and even proceeded to hang up on me. I was only trying to clarify the address of the delivery, but I guess if there is any confusion on their end, they will take their frustration out on their customers.
