Love, love, love their quality of service and cleaning.



I'm not easy person to please and these guys really went over the top in providing me with a great shot of personalization for an online company. I received a follow up call from management to make sure everything was okay with my order... so there were a few things I asked them to change in how I prefer my things to be done, but to take the time to call, and actually take care of my requests like that is wonderful... impressive, in fact, is a better word.

I was very hesitant to try this company out --- my dry cleaner experience has always been the traditional "walk-in" experience with my local cleaner around the corner... never made it in the morning on time, nor got out of the gym in time to pick up.



Well, compliments to My Fresh Shirt, a well organized company with great customer service and quality in cleaning. My clothes were picked up exactly when I wanted (mon between 6-8am while getting ready for work) and returned exactly when I wanted (thurs eve between 8-10pm while have dinner and watching movies with my kids).



Very very pleased to have tried this company out and hope they continue in their success!

This proved to be a service that is priceless! I used them for my laundry and dry cleaning (haven't had my shoes cleaned by them...yet) and at first I was a bit reluctant to do it. When I questioned the driver as to the dependability (I know, why ask him he's biased) of this service he smiled and said, "everyone loves us, this is a great service...trust me, I'll have this back to you nice and cleaned on the day you requested". Sure enough he brought it back three days later (as I requested) cleaned and nicely folded or hung. I loved the service and I would have rated it with five stars but I've only used it once. I'm hoping that I can give it five stars by the fifth or sixth try.



My recommendation, try the service!

No perc, recyle hangers, biodegradible plastic, carbon off set, monthly charitable donations... besides the 2 hour delivery windows that are offered from 6am- 1130pm the greenness is such a great concept for this wasteful industry....

These guys are great! -- Soooo convenient



Not only are they green and environmentally conscious they have 2 hour delivery windows - It's like Fresh Direct for Dry Cleaning !
