        AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT USE!

        They overcharged use--slipping in fees we did not agree to, and then yelled at us when we requested a refund of those fees. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

        Completely dissatisfied. They ...

        Completely dissatisfied. They snuck in additional charges ("plastic bin rentals") to our bill that we had not agreed to in writing or verbally (it was called a "recommendation") and then had the audacity to tell us we should have known better and yelled at us in our own home. Having bed bugs is stressful and emotional--and they prey on people's vulnerabilities. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY!
