        They are only interested in bu...

        They are only interested in building up their database. They lure you in with the promise of some reliable prospects but it is a waste of your time. They are responsive when they need you to come in but afterwards good luck getting someone to talk to you. I wasted a couple of hours going in, filling out paperwork and taking their tests. My contact in the Lexington Avenue office was the staffing supervisor of the midtown branch. She told me to follow up accordingly but that was the last time I ever heard from her. She never responds to any e-mails. When I call the receptionist always tells me shes in a meeting and to leave a voicemail whereas before I would be put through directly.



        Looking for employment is stressful enough without vultures from agencies like Kelly Services taking advantage of your vulnerability. They forget that you are a real person in need of help. Don't waste your time on Kelly Services and instead try and network with people you know and ask what services they have had success with. If you have the name of a referral they are more likely to take interest.
