General Info: My work with clients combines insight-oriented therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, neuroscience, practices of mindfulness and meditation,and integration of the body/mind/spirit for a holistic approach to healing and well-being. I have over 10+ years of experience providing clinical counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. My specialties include grief, loss, bereavement, aging, illness, care giver burnout, anxiety, depression, and issues particular to Jewish, Buddhist, and LGBTQ communities.
