Joe Haggar is not only a very good dentist, but he's a "good guy". I consider him a friend vs. just my dentist.

This is based strictly on my experience in his office over the last 20 years. In fact I started using him as my dentist when Dr. Fowler, my previous dentist retired and Joe took over his practice in Midtown Manhattan.
