Excellent please!

I was searching for a blow dry bar and thankfully I came across this one!! It's so cute inside just perfect! I have been to GS four times in two months! I am obsessed! I have tried other blow dry bars in the city but really have fallen in love with GS Blow Dry Bar. I highly recommend Kelly but have had other stylists and always leave very happy. Everyone is fun, friendly, easy to work with and accommodating. I usually bring in a picture and it turns out better then imagined. You CANNOT beat the price and my hair looks greaT and I'm super picky! Perfect straightened and then got a curl at the end gorgeous! and only $35 !!!! Love it and will definitely be coming back!

I was randomly in the area and was able to get an appointment about 10 minutes after I called. But it was a Monday so I can imagine they weren't that busy. My stylist was nice, i kinda felt bad for her since I have sooo much hair, it took her forever to blow dry it. She didn't talk to me at all the entire time, but honestly sometimes I don't mind that because I just want to relax. I chose a pretty simple style and it came out cute. I just wish I could of had it done for an event then I would have gotten a more complicated style. Since I showed up a little early to my appointment, I did end up having to pay for parking (boo!) but at least it's right there & I don't have to risk getting lost! I liked it overall, I probably will be back when I have an event and I have the excuse to come back for a more glamorous style!

I've been to this location several times, I love this place. Im quite the regular, I was pleased with how my hair turned out. I love the convenient location in Midtown, and I always leave with fabulous hair. All of the stylist are amazing, so nice and professional. Price is definitely reasonable - you get a wash with a massage and a style of your choice. All in all this is a great experience and I recommend it to everyone. I will be in many more times and look forward to it.

Best blow dry and most affordable in town. I love love love coming here & used them for any time I have a big event or night out.

Recently visited for first time and you exceeded my expectations! Incredible service, hip, pleasant ambiance, and love the decor, and music. My stylist did a great job - I hope to go back very soon. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a quick and gorgeous blow out!

Loved it! Went here on Friday for a blow out for the first time. Total ease in scheduling my appointment (I scheduled online on their website). I got there and the place is absolutely adorable! I love the set up. It was very hip and contemporary. The lady who did my hair (wish I could remember her name) was awesome. She was courteous, friendly, and did my hair perfectly!

I love the setup and how they have different styles that you can get for all the same price. I think that that's an awesome idea. I will definitely be back again for another blowout! Wash, dry, and style all for $50. You really can't go wrong.

The atmosphere is friendly. They have music playing and TVs inside as well. There are magazines, they offer you a beverage, and it is all around a great vibe

I would give GS Blow Dry Bar 10 starts if I could!

From the moment I went there I got hooked! The salon is meticulously clean and an oasis of calm. The place is geourgous. All white. The price is reasonable. The staff is up-beat and up to date with the trends.

I get compliments everytime I got my hair blown out here. Also, their blow out are fast and good. Most places I go to take more than an hour to blow dry my hair and this place gets me in and out in 25 minutes. I highly recommend this salon for weekly maintenance and special nights out.

Excellent service throughout. Once I entered the salon I was warmly greeted. I proceeded to check-in! I waited no more than 5 minutes until my stylist finished with another client. She took me to her station and we talked about what I would get done. She proceeded to walk me back to the wash room which was amazing!! I could just have my hair washed all day long here.
I requested a smooth blow out and that is what I got. I don't like looking at myself on the mirror as my hair gets done so I usually immerse myself in a magazine. Luckily the station I was at had a TV right in front, so I was able to see part of a fashion runway while my hair got done. This made the whole process go a lot faster.

All in all it was great hair service. I would definitely go there again

As a mom of a one year old boy, I have a very busy day and I don't have time to do my hair so it usually ends up in a bun. Every once in a while, when I need a break I go to get a "great blow-out" for some alone time. The moment I enter the salon I feel relaxed because of the general ambience and also because everyone is so nice and welcoming. I also get to watch a Runway Fashion Show AND end up with beautiful hair!

That is exactly what i need to keep my sanity!

As a girl who has naturally Curly hair you can just imagine how many attempts at blowing straight my hair I've had. I was convinced no one in the world could do my hair justice. But going to GS Blow-Dry Bar Salon has made me a believer in a salon again. The staff was so sweet and the place super cute and trendy. I love the concept of a salon that focuses on blow outs, styling, and makeup. It was really cool seeing the blow dryers floating above each chair and seeing the mirrors behind the seats. Instead of focusing on the process, I sat back and enjoyed the chick flick on one of the flat screens. I was able to enjoy the end product for three days!

My stylist - Mary, was AMAZING, not only was she fantasticly friendly, she listened to my concerns and did a BRILL job on my hair! I have relaxed hair and I am soooo particular about people drying and/or flat ironing my hair, as im often nervous i'll leave looking like a mushroom - on the contrary - Mary was the bee's knees! and I cant wait to go back! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I mean, everyone there is really nice! Me and my friend walked in with a certain look in mind, and boy did they come through. My stylist had awesome hair (which always makes me more comfotable) and gave me the best head massage while shampooing. Once the blow dry began all the stylists attenedees were joined in one converstaion....a good sign of great commnication and fun during what can be a tetious process. I opted for the Hollywood but told my stylist not to make me look cheesy. She did an amazing job that lasted 3 more days (perfectly).

Wow! What can I say! I have been in NYC for nearly two years now. I have looked high and low for a salon that can do a good blowout at a reasonable price. I have finally found that place! I had a wonderful experience at GS Blow Dry. Everyone was professional and friendly. My stylist, Simona, did an excellent job with my natural hair. She patiently detangled, flat-ironed, and curled my hair. I would definitely recommend GS Blow Dry!

I took a friend of mine here as a surprise. Service was great and my stylist took her time talking to me about what I wanted.. after great shampoo by her assistance, She kept putting stuff in my hair that smelled AWESOME. Morrocan Oil is pretty great. anyway, my friend was coiffed by another guy stylist that curled her very long and thick hair in like 10 minutes. She was in heaven and it looked awesome. My style looked great. It is the 3rd day now, and my hair is still smelling great and the curls and waves are perfect. I am considering going there once a week,

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at GS BLOW DRY BAR SALON. Natalie was awesome and fast! We had good conversation and it end with my awesome blowout. The complimentary drinks are a bonus. I liked it so much that I bought a giftcard for a friend.

I had a great experience with Samantha at GS Blowdry bar and will be going back. Needless to say I'm in love with this place and can't wait until this Friday!!!

I was in town visiting and found on line GS Blow Dry Bar in Midtown NY This spot is fantastic... Staff is super welcoming, blow out was terrific, and the salon is very cute! I would encourage any lady in need of a blow out to check this place out... You won't be disappointed!

My hair is very thick and coarse and can take forever to blowdry "properly", but every stylist I've seen at GS DryBar has done an excellent job with it, and in a timely fashion. The service here is top notch! Love my hair after each service! So convenient, beautifully decorated, and warm. Stress-free, professional, and welcoming! Gabriel the owner is so sweet! I'd give 7 stars if I could!!!

Loved getting my hair washed and blow dried from Gabriel! Life-changing! I am so happy that GS finally has a dry bar. The prices are reasonable and the experience is relaxing. The atmosphere is beautiful and it is clear that dry bar invested in the space. It was right on time about 20 minutes and I have thick hair, and one thing I love is that it lasted a good 3 days, Going to other salons I sit there for over a hour and my hair doesn't last over a day. A must visit! I will definitely be back I get my hair washed and blow dried like once a week.
