        I've been a patient of Dr. Castracane for about two years. I never thought I'd say this but I finally found a dentist who I feel comfortable with and trust. I am terrified of dental work. My anxiety level has always been very high. Dr. Castracane has a way of keeping me calm. He provides me with a thorough assessment, explains the treatment plan and gives me a full detail of what needs to be done. He makes me feel very comfortable throughout all my treatments( cavities/implants). I hate the sounds, smells, sights, you name it. But I also know the importance of taking care of my dental hygiene-Prevention is the key for a better outcome.
        Dr. Castracane and his team are very knowledgeable and professional.
        Owners/Managers be aware: The only thing I noticed as a patient is the high turnover of employees. My recommendation as an outsider looking in is: As a company you have to ensure that your Employees have the right skills for the job but also that they fit well with the company culture, managers and coworkers. Keeping a positive work environment is very important. Recognition and praise are cost-effective way to maintain a happy productive work force. I feel that a high turnover of employees can hurt a company. Paying attention to employees' personal needs and offer more flexibility and recognition from owners/managers, and challenging position with room to learn would definitely maintain a happy productive work force.
        I highly recommend Eastside Dental Medicine for all your dental needs.
