        Apple store upper west side

        Too busy to help customers. no clear place to go or way to sin up to get help. They expect you to wander around begging. When I called to complain the woman jus kept talking over me reminding me they have hundreds of other customers. She didn't even give me a chance to explain that what I would want is some clear and logical way to get in line to get helped, not that I am upset that they Are busy. The whole thing is offensive. You are supposed to want to just hang out there all night. They are oblivious and rude.
