Animal Clinic of New Smyr

What a great vet! Dr. Cox has been my two dogs and cat's vet since 2006. He is wonderful. He has always taken the time to explain what was going on and his staff is very helpful and kind to my pets (and me). The office manager even called to check on my dog, Madison, after she was sick. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog here 2 times and thought they were ok, until I had to get his medical records for a second opinion! I was completely shocked and saddened by the lies that he had written into the record! I probably would have let it go, however he had written into the record that he had referred us to a specialist and we declined the referral made me very sad, as we have been desperately trying to figure out what's going on with our pet and would have loved a referral to a specialist! My concern with these lies are and my reason for the review is, who else has he done this too?? Think twice about this vet, or get your records before you leave, so no lies can be added later!

My dog, George, has been a patient of Dr. Cox for most of his life. I took George to Dr. Cox in 2002. What a great guy. He and his staff are simply the best. I highly recommend them.
