Tim Holladay - State Farm Insurance Agent

My parents have been with Tim for over 20 years, never experienced any bad service. I have had my own policy for over 5 years, and they are exceptional and best price I can even find! I have price shopped and they are still $50-$100 cheaper than any other place. Not sure how the previous review had such a bad experience, but whenever I need something done, they normally call me and let me know! Very accommodating, will fax/email anything you want, which is nice considering I live in Orlando. Thanks Tim!

horrible experience. I had them for over a year, no issues. As soon as I needed customer service for a bank account change, I not only did not receive any help but I was treated like a stranger. I tried calling back a few more times, left messages, and now it seems as if they stop answering my phone calls. do yourself a favor and go to a different agency like I did.
