Sioux City Steakhouse

What happened? Last few times I got mushy meat. Looked that up to find meat refrozen a few times break down texture to mush like oatmeal. That is what I was served, once with chicken, once with steak. Tried again yesterday with sampler appetizer and again disappointed. Boneless mild wings way too hot to eat, pickles had bad flavor even skimpy breading could not disguise. Potato skins were overcooked, tasteless and dry even for me, I prefer well done. Onion sticks were good, not great, but tasty and large portion on plate. Staff was enthusiastic, friendly and there when needed, prompt service as usual and prep was quicker than usual.

We stopped in for dinner recently and found there is a new owner, fresh remodel, but with the old standby specials. A good thing. The service is quick, prices were good, and food was delish! We will definitely be coming back soon! We even ran into a long lost friend, now a server. :)

if anyone had a clue nobody would eat here ...let alone there catering....food under the equipment...for months mabe years....i have seen it grease pit...nothing is clean.....the pasco county inspector should be fired....this place dosent deserve a star none but i have to give it one just to post this....

WOW! Don't know what happened to this place,used to be a great place with friendly people, drink specials were great. But i always thought the food was bland or tasteless. but the staff was great and knew how to treat people. I didn't really want to write a review but i thought the public needed to know a few things i personally found in the times i visited. St patty's day, very crowded, food sucked terribly. I wouldn't have taken it home to my dog. however, i noticed a very disturbing issue that was not only unsanitary but probably illegal, they had prepared food in containers stored directly on top of the garbage dumpsters right outside the back door. The place was very hot and very uncomfortable (guess the air condition was broke that day) as it seemed every time. Hard to enjoy anything in that place with sweat pooring off your face. And the mens room is always nothing short of truck stop quality. Not sure who these new owners are but im sure if Bill (the prev. owner) knew what kind of condition this place was in he would be ashamed. I recently stopped in for a cold beer and noticed all the great staff they used to have was gone. Needless to say, I will never step foot inside that s*&^hole again. I think a call to the health department is in order. CBW!!!

to the owners of sioux city. You guys are ignorant ,unethical ,greedy ,callus with illegal procedures which i am looking into your operations with the labor department, with other disgruntled employees about your place filthy and food barely edible, you are awful people with no remorse, i dont know how you can even own one business never mind two let me tell you this, my daughter didnt get fired as much as you want to empower your self to think she quit, get that she quit and she was the most honest person you could find. Im writting this because the truth needs to be told !!

This one is a keeper - the food is great, the employees are very nice and the prices are very reasonable. You can't go wrong here!!!!!!!!

Hubby and I have been here twice, great food at a reasonable price. We will be back.
