Wayne D. Mancuso has long been considered a champion of individual Civil Rights in the Criminal Courts of South East Louisiana and has practiced Criminal Law for over 43 years in both State and Federal Court. He is a past president of the Jefferson Parish Bar Association and served briefly as Judge Ad Hoc of Division A of the 1st Parish Court of Jefferson Parish.Although he has maintained a Civil Practice, his primary field is Criminal Law, with heavy emphasis on Criminal Trials, Criminal Defense Consultation, Grand Jury Consultation and the Defense of DWI and DUI.Recognizing the fact that most people are confused with Criminal Charges or the possibility of Criminal Charges and are unaware of their Civil Rights, the Mancuso Law Firm does not charge a fee for the initial consultation.
