A/C went dead last Thursday night. Called Mike Davis at Hagerman on Friday morning. He offered to come at 2:30 that same day, but I told him I had to go out at 3:30, but there was no hurry, he could come Monday. Instead, he came at 1:30, and diagnosed a bad thermostat in short order. Had it replaced in no time, and was out of here in less than an hour, and at a very reasonable cost. You can't ask for better service than Hagerman.

Mike Davis- one heck of a guy, Knowledgeable, reasonable and one of the friendliest guys you could meet. Thanks Mike for the great and timely work on our Heating/AC unit. You kept us up and running. You are greatly appreciated.

I have dealt with many H/C company's both in New Orleans and other areas where we own rental property. Mike Hagerman shines above all the rest. One Sunday evening our cooling system blew a fuse and I called Mike at about 10 PM. He was there within 15 minutes, found the problem and made the repair . The next day he came back and made sure the fuse would never blow again. In recommend this company to anyone in and around New Orleans that needs a new or maintained air and heating system.

I found myself without a/c on a scorching hot summer afternoon. I called Hagerman Services and another company because I needed immediate relief from the heat. Not only was Mike at Hagerman Services the first person to reply to my call, he arrived to home within a reasonable amount of time and quickly assessed the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgable about my units. He flushed the lines and did the necessary repairs and replacements to get my air blowing again within an hour. I was pleased with the efficiency of the service, quick response time and most of all the pricing. I would refer to others and definitely contact Hagerman for future service.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Finally, a company that really puts customers first. I had to call them because my unit just stopped working. It was late and I didn't think I would be able to get anyone. Not only were they able to fix my unit, but the price was very very affordable and cheaper than all the other companies I called. Mike was very professional and he took his time to ensure that my unit ran properly before leaving. I signed up for their yearly maintenance inspection. Hagerman Services is the only company I will use from now on.

Hagerman is a good company if anybody having problems with there air condition

Mike with Hagerman Services was referred to me by an associate of his to give a quote on replacing my 23 year old central air system. Normally, I wouldn’t hear of using a new a/c company because the company that originally installed my unit was still servicing it and had already given a fair quote to replace the units and I believe in loyalty to good service. Hagerman Services gave a better price on a larger unit and added an additional vent. When it was time to begin the installation on the new unit, Mike asked the million dollar question. DO YOU HAVE ALLERGIES? I replied yes, after telling him to look around my house at the three (3) air purifiers equally a grand total of 2500.00. He went on to explain that the present unit was installed to pull fresh air (that circulated throughout my house) from the attic. Yes, the attic. He strongly believed that it was not helping my allergies. He went on to say that once the new unit is in service that I will notice an improvement with my allergies and if I did not, I should call him back out. Well, I did. It is now four months later, and my daughter and I are only taking allergy medication as maintenance because we still live in Louisiana. I said all of the above because Mike with Hagerman Services was professional, honest, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt, he often arrived early. He is also bilingual. On several occasions he assisted me with translation with other contractors. I would recommend Hagerman Services to anyone needing a/c services. As I stated before, I believe in loyalty to good service, therefore I know I will be a lifelong customer.

Michael Davis with Hagerman Services came to my house to fix my air conditioner. I had contractors before called Phoenix Global Engineering, that put it in after Hurricane Katrina and it was a mess, but Michael Davis came noticed all of the problems the unit I had was giving me, such as leaking water that messed up my circuit board causing a burning smell - just to name one thing of many that was wrong with the installation of the unit itself, and Mr. Davis replaced my air conditioning unit. He gave me a warranty, which I did not have with the other contractors, and he explained in detail how to keep my air conditioning in working order, and to call have my air conditioning serviced once a year through his agency - something else the other contractors did NOT do. It feels GREAT knowing I don't have to worry about my ceiling leaking anymore from faulty air conditioning work. THANKS A LOT MICHAEL DAVIS. You will be hearing from me for further maintenance work on my system. Thanks again.

This guy is truly about business. I called him on a Sunday, told him about the problem I was having. He told me he charge a fee for weekend service and that the part store would not be open if he needed parts. So he stated he could come by that Monday early in the morning. I told Mike the customer needed his A/C fixed that day, but I would call him to see if he could wait until Monday. I gave him the address (not realizing) and told him I would call him back. Well in the meantime I contacted someone else that day who came out but could not resolve the problem. He too had to wait until Monday. Well Monday arrived and Mike was on the job at 8am. He had diagnose the problem and was ready to get to work. I went back-and-forward with him and the other guy, but Mike won...He not only fixed the problem, but he saw other things happening behind the scenes, which resulted in the unit being replaced. It cost me money that I did not want to spend, but all in all my tenant was happy and that made me happy!



If you ever need anyone for repairs to your unit, this guy is the one to call. He is efficient, honest, and reliable! He will do his utmost to make sure the job is done correctly and effectively! Oh and I forgot, he is very patient...

I have recommended Hagerman Services LLC to several of my friends and family and they were all satisfied with his services. Mike is very reliable and knowledgeable and will not quite until the problem is fixed. Excellent work.

I called Mike up after hours yesterday evening around 6 p.m., explained I saw his ad on yp.com and he had a coupon. Long story short due my circumstances of my air not working and having a grandparent on hospice, HE INSISTED on coming that evening (with 20 minutes) to investigate the problem still for free ($80 after hour charge) and that he limited supplies on the truck and the warehouse was closed, so if it was something major he would have to return 9:30 a.m. the following day. While trouble shooting the problem he SHOWED me the gauge with no Freon, explained it could be one of two things, investigated inside and came to the conclusion its a problem that he would have to correct the following day. Mike didn't give up though, he gave it one last look over by removing the top of the A/C unit by noticing an minor oil stain (it just finished raining) with his flash light. By doing so, he discovered the leak where the Freon was escaping and fixed the problem. (no return visit) Educated me on the unit itself. Waited til the Air was on long enough to gauge the temperature inside the house. I proudly put my stamp of approval for Hagerman Services, Mike went above and beyond my expectations in resolving my needs. I own several properties personally and in this city never came across a more professional, informative & courteous repair man. All in all I can see why he consistently gets great reviews.
