My wife and I booked Bourbon street limo for our wedding. We paid for 3 hours; this included transport from the hotel we were getting ready to the church (individually), then transport from the church to the reception.



The limo arrived on time, and picked us up individually and delivered us to the church. The limo radio did not work and the window tint was beginning to peel from several of the windows.



After dropping us off at the church, the limo left. It was to our surprise as a newly married couple walking out of the church that our limo was gone. In essence we paid for 3 hours, but only got 1.5. We scrambled in the moment to get a ride to the reception to our own wedding and it was extremely embarrassing.



We called the following Monday to inquire about a partial refund and the company adamantly refused. Not accommodating at all and unwilling to correct their mistake.



CONSIDER YOUR SELF WARNED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I went with this company because I heard the owners were from California. If you have ever done any type of buisness in

New Orleans then you already know why. I was right I have used limo companies my whole life in New Orleans because my job demands sedan transfers to and from the airport. I have made it mandatory for all employees that are going to use a company card to use this company. These guys are the only ones that even wear company uniforms. The thing I respected the most about this company is on my wedding date they were 30 minutes early. My mother did not like that but I explained to her would you rather them be 30 min early, or 30 min late, like the company she has been with for years.

My name is Denise Blevins and a white limo was ordered for my 50th birthday on May 22, 2009 a gift to me for transfer to my party. The limo was paid in full on the very next da y. On the night of May 22, 2009 a black limo pulled up in front of my my door to my surprise. I didn't say anything because I did not want to get upset on my night. The limo driver (Oliver) was very accomodating, however; he did request payment and it was explained to him that the limo was already paid for. On May 26, 2009 I contaccted the office and spoke with the young man who took my order (Sean) and explained to him that I had ordered a white limo not a black one. Sean who was very nice when he took the order and payment but a was totally different person when I complained about the color. He stated I could put in a complaint and someone would contact me. Sean appeared to have the attituted "well you paid for the limo and received services so what's the problem. As I stated before the driver was pleasant and so was the ride but Mr. Sean should seek emloyment elsewhere if he can't handle complaints the same way he takes orders and accepts money.

They claimed to be any place in New Orleans in 15 minutes or less and I have challenged then 9 times and they are exactly what they say. I use company because my company is always last minute. Pretty Cars.
