I WAS GIVEN A RECOMMENDATION BY BLACK & GOLD TECH BEFORE I PURCHASED MY COMPUTER ABOUT WHAT SPECIFICATIONS WERE NEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH MY TASKS, BUT BECAUSE OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATION AT THE TIME, I DIDN'T DO THAT. I HAD TROUBLE WITH THE MEMORY BEING TOO SLOW FOR MY PURPOSES, AND I HAD PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET. I COULD NOT GET MY PROVIDER TO SERVICE ME QUICKLY. FORTUNATELY, BLACK & GOLD WERE ABLE TO ADD MORE MEMORY AND CONNECT ME TO THE INTERNET AND OTHER DEVICES VIA WIFI. IT PAYS TO LISTEN TO THE EXPERTS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

I came in to get my password reset for my desk top... it was a awesome experience. I paid up front and my computer was done in about 10-15 minutes. I was prompt to test my computer up front. I was happy...The STAFF was friendly and customer service was great... you can barely find customer services these day... I would recommend this company to anyone..signed a Saints Fan.. from New Orleans.....

Excellent and dependable service.

I dropped my Mac Book Pro on my ceramic tile and it was not turning on. I brought my laptop in and they discovered my hardrive was ruined. They replaced the hardrive and made my laptops memory larger. I know if I had sent it to apple it would have been very expensive to fix, Black and Gold was super resonable with their prices and got my laptop back to me in a few days. Awesome experience!

Black & Gold Technology is a very professional business. The staff are very friendly and the technician is very knowledgeable. My computer was running slow and not functioning correctly. The staff analyzed my computer problem, discovered the issues, and fixed my computer promptly. My computer is now running more efficiently and I am more productive because of them. I highly recommend them for the quality of service and the prices are very reasonable.

The service I have received has been very effective and friendly. I had to bring my computer in for repair and it was fixed at the time I was quoted it would be ready. Two weeks later the same thing happen to my computer and I called before the store opened but the phone was answered and I was assisted. I was able to get my computer fixed over the phone and it did not take up too much of my time.

I was happy I did not have to take the computer into the shop, and I was able to stat in the comfort of my own home.



I do think it should be made easier for your customers to get to your review page. If it was on the first page of your website your customers would have easier access.

My laptop was attacked by a virus right as I was about to send some work to a client, and it only took a day for them to fix it. It is virus free and moving faster than ever. They were very affordable, especially when I called them and a few other shops I found on yp.com. Not only were they professional and efficient, but they are really friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. David taught me a few things about how my computer works and how viruses work while my computer was booting up. I depend on my computer for earning money, so I am glad to know there's a dependable, locally owned company a short drive across the river. Who Dat!

Black and Gold Technology did a great job repairing my laptop and did it for a GREAT PRICE!!! In fact, with a membership they call you every month and remind you to run your newly installed Anti-Virus software. Now that's customer at its best!

They're professional, friendlly and most of all the turn around on service is great!!! They really take time to explain the problem and what cause it before they do the repairs.

Black & Gold's service is top notch! Their technician is personable and takes the time to explain the problem and ensure that the customer understands everything that was done. I especially like their house calls. One cannot put a price on having someone come to your house, check EVERY computer system, and ensure that EVERYTHING is working properly! If you unfortunately splash water on your laptop keyboard, and lose the function of 5 keys, and should know better: DON'T FRET. David at Black & Gold Technology will calm your nerves, get your keyboard replaced almost overnight, check your power supply cord and text you when all is done. I know who can help me back home--now I know who can help me in LA!
