I am very happy with ADT. Maintenance of the system is extremely easy and I haven't had to contact ADT with any issues. Their website is also extremely easy to navigate so if I need to make any changes to my account it takes minimal time. Overall, I am very please to use ADT.

5 years ago my next door neighbors were robbed. I'm not sure what they took but what we knew was that there house had been watched for days by this guy. None of us in the neighborhood felt safe. We got ADT right after that & haven't regretted it since! We've never had a REAL incident but my uncle had come over once late after a night out. As soon as the alarm went off so did the phone. ADT was quick to respond. We all sleep better with ADT!

My security services are currently provided by ADT. I installed surveillance cameras on my own but I felt a little uneasy after a break in. That is when I went looking for a security provider. The people from ADT are very friendly and professional. They truly wanted to help me feel safe again and make me comfortable in my own home.

First and foremost I'd like to say My Family is SAFE! I have been a member of the ADT FAMILY for several years as a happy customer. Having two security systems on at different locations (2- homes) my homes are safe. As for the service and technician installer everything was explained very professional. All items explained and my choice of upgrading is my call, installation was fairly fast but speed isn't what I'm looking for, it's meticulous and perfection as to where and how the equipment is installed. And my installer did a very good job not only with equipment but explaining to my wife and I on how to use all upgrades . On a scale 1thru 10 and 10 being the best........ My rating is 10+ And this is why Im a customer and have full trust with ADT and most important! My family feel safe at night or anytime I leave on business trip.

Salesperson was excellent in answering all our questions. Installer also was great. Very happy with the system.

Our installation went very well. The technician suggested enhancements to our original order that better served our requirements.

I feel safer both at home and when I'm away. It took no time at all to get used to the system and set up additional codes for those special people who needed them. So far, I've only set the alarm off by accident once, when I tossed open a downstairs window one morning before turning off the alarm. Fortunately, I was close enough to the keypad to stop it almost as quickly as it started. It was a great reminder that the alarm is immediate and LOUD!

I needed to feel secure while sleeping through the night with my family and I. I must say the wireless system is amazing being that I am able to see and know what was opened and closed last. The installation tech was knowledgeable and professional making sure that safety was top priority.

A very high paced corporation, with extremely high expectations. I was very impressed with the organization of the institute and the entire management team, focusing on leadership.

There is a strong lack of understanding and disconnect with people at this company. To a point that its almost comical. No one really understands the difficulty of life or any issues that may arise.

I had the opportunity to go from the entry level department (Qualifying) to the Sales departments (Existing/Health) within 8-months of employment. They give opportunities to thrive.

Our ADT Technician was very professional and explained every step of the installation and use of the system. He left us his personal number to call if we had any issues or concerns. It was an excellent experience and we feel very secure in our new home.

We had ADT service for about 3 years in Columbus, OH. We "tested" the system several times, when our cat would accidentally set it off, or when we would by forgetting to turn it off and then opening the door. And every time the company quickly contacted us, always very professional and calmly asked for our security code. I felt very confident that in a true emergency they'd be just as responsive!
