Lifetime Family Dental

I made an appointment for today, which is actually 2/6/2014, at Lifetime Family Dental, drove to my appointment in -10 degree weather, walked a half a block thru the parking lot, only to find out that the dentist left for out-of-town and the person who made my appointment never told the front desk, so they didn't call to cancel. The story they told was that his flight left earlier than expected. No apologies, nothing. They asked me if I was a new patient. My response was "yes and I don't plan to be an old patient."
