The man in the office was extremely racist. I was refered to as you people and when I told him Alabama state law (which was told to me by the police) he told me he can charge whatever he damn well wanted and Obama dont set his prices. I was extremely offended and talked down to infront of my 4yr old child. I asked for the owners number and name and was told he is not calling an waking him up plus the owner dont set his d** prices and that he was bout to leave so I bet got my car or he was putting 80 more dollars on tol of it.. Never use this Bessemer.

I'm a Wrecker Service that's been in business since 1954. I had one of my customers call me to go to this company and pick up a wrecked truck for them so I called to get the details on the truck. You know, the ordinary, axles ok, drive-shaft been pulled, frame straight, hood intact, front axle still under the truck, motor still connected to the frame and so on. The guy answered the phone, in a smartass tone, wanted to know why I was even calling about another companies truck, would not answer any of my questions, made me feel like an idiot, had no time for me, asked me and I will State word for word, "Why do you care, If you know so much, what difference does it make?" Very Very UNPROFESSIONAL, I don't run my business like this. Let's just say if I myself was broke down or having problems, this would be the ABSOLUTE last place I would call for help. Me being a Member of "The Towing Association" should stand for something. All summed up in one sentence..."This company will NEVER get help if they are near me nor any Recommendations from me or my company.



This asks for a rating whick you all can see it's a 1 star to a 5 star....this company doesn't deserve a "1" star from my business dealings with them.



Keep in mind, this deal was worth over $15,000.



Think about that.
