Jill is always looking for new techniques and services to offer her clients. In 2006, she was trained and certified to apply Eyelash Extensions. They are absolutely beautiful! They are applied individually and give your natural lashes a thicker, longer appearance. They will be as popular as doing your nails. Also offered for your eyelashes is perming. It curls your lashes giving you the appearance of using an eyelash curler. It is a 30 minute procedure and lasts as long as your lashes do. Jill is committed to excellence by bringing you the safest new techniques, products, and services by attending industry tradeshows and participating in continuing education seminars annually.         have been going to Vanite Permanete Cosmetics for 25 years. Just had a touch up again yesterday and as always I am very satasified with the results. No surprises, no disappointments! I would definatly call her an artist! Jill has always taken time to explain the proceedure and what to expect afterwards. She is professional and personable. I have always been so pleased with the results that I have recommended her to dozens of my closest friends. Give her a try, you won't regret it.
