U.S. Limousine is one of the largest limousine services in America and the largest on Long Island. Last year we provided more than 100,000 rides and maintained a customer satisfaction rate of 99.99%. Here's what makes us More Than Just a RideTM. When you call us, we answer the phone. You never get an answering machine. One of our trained dispatchers will always answer the phone and be able to handle your call ? 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have a 4 for 1 philosophy. What does that mean to you? When a situation develops, it is handled expeditiously. We are proactive, not reactive. If you have a change of plans, we have a back-up. If you need a last minute ride, we can accommodate you. We station cars on eight hour rotating shifts in strategic locations all across Long Island, Manhattan and the three major airports. If you are diverted to another airport, we are there before you. In 1984, U.S. Limousine Service Ltd. was started in a one room office on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola. Founders Jay Esposito and Joseph N. Carletto are still active in the business and you can always find one or both at their desks seven days a week. Joseph Carletto is responsible for Customer Service. Joseph Carletto also is a guest speaker at St John?s University. We are proud members of the Better Business Bureau, National Limousine Association and Nassau/Suffolk Limousine Association. Through our subsidiary company, Worldwide Limo and its affiliates, we handle your ground transportation needs in all 50 States, Canada and Europe. A Special Message for Long Island Area Parents High School graduation is a special time for teenagers who are attending celebrations and parties ? not just proms. For the past 10 years U.S. Limousine has been offering free rides to local area teens who have too much to drink or are driving with someone who drank too much. This community service has been celebrated by Nassau County Executive Tom Suozzi and local politicians. All you do is call us. We will bring your child home safely. No questions ? no charge.

We maintain our fleet of vehicles in our company owned, state-of-the-art mechanical repair and full service body shop located in New Hyde Park, Long Island with the latest equipment and trained, experienced mechanics who are devoted to keeping our fleet of vehicles in tip top shape ? inside and out. Our vehicles are inspected four times a year by a New York State Inspection Station. Our larger vehicles are inspected by the Department of Transportation once a year. Our vehicles are licensed and inspected by three separate Taxi and Limousine Commissions ? New York City, Nassau County and Westchester County. Every vehicle is equipped with a GPS ? Global Positioning Satellite unit and a Drive Cam unit that gives us real time information as to the vehicles' whereabouts at all times. We can fax or email your vehicle's location at the time of your call.
