        Overall

        This is a horrible, horrible company that does not stand behind their service. Further, they purposefully mislead customers to avoid providing warranty work. My family wasted $125 on pest control that didn't even last for one month. We were told it was supposed to last for 3 months! Further, they told us NOT to call them if we saw a few insects after the service. By the time we called them, the warranty had expired. This was very misleading. Avoid this company!

        Very Professional

        I called this service for advice after finding bed bugs in our apartment. They were so helpful and professional over the phone. They helped me with what steps I needed to take to get the problem taken care of.
