        This is one of the worst electric companies I have ever dealt with the customer service is horrible they have lost my payment twice now. DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL WITH A DEBIT CARD they will charge your card and not put the payment in your account. The customer service in the 800 number is even worst. Wish there was a diff. Electric company in my area. Since they lost my last 2 payments they disconnected my service and I was still forced to pay the reconnection fee for a mistake they made
