        We have had two projects completed by Spencer & Son. They have been very timely in returning calls and arriving when scheduled. They did excellent work on both projects and we will not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to others.

        I am very pleased with the work done by Spencer & Son today to repair a leak in a pipe to our hot water heater. They were knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable rates and cleaned up afterwards. Money well spent and I will call on them again when needed. Thanks!

        Spencer & Son performed great work for me today. Bath fixture install and fixed slow kitchen sink. Mr. Spencer kept me informed on job time and the guys worked until the job was done. I'm very pleased!

        Just as steady as they can be

        I have had the opportunity to utilize Spencer & Son on several jobs with varying plumbing situations. On each situation, I felt that they did an outstanding job, were very informative about options for the work to be done, and did a great job. They stand behind what they do and they are good honest people in my 2 years of dealing with them. When we are in need, he's our go to plumber

        Worst plumber ever!

        Although this plumber has a rating of 5 stars please be warned that this is in no way an indication of his service.I want to let any potential customer know to stay away (far AWAY) from this company. He is dishonest, discourteous, and unprofessional. I truly wish someone would have forewarned me. He was even so rude as to write "A real pain to install" on my receipt (after I paid him $448.00 for an unfinished job for which he promised to return and complete and never did). I actually had to call and pay another plumber (again) to fix what Spencer and Sons failed to complete as promised. The new plumber fixed all my issues with no problem and even stated that everything Spencer and Sons had said regarding my plumbing system was incorrect and they had no problem fixing everything to my satisfaction. Again, beware of this plumber as he is not reputable and I would not recommend him at all.

        In a messy situation

        I had a stopped up sewer and a friend of mine recommended "Barry" to me and gave him a great referral. He came out at night , got my sewer unclogged , cleaned up the mess and charged me less than I paid last time in the daytime. He was very curteous and very professional and mannerly. I will never call any other plumber.
