SGS General Contracting

We discovered we needed to rehab our master bath. This company was great! Extremely professional, courteous, and listen to all our concerns and questions. Very trustworthy. They always made sure to clean their mess up every day to a point that you hardly knew they had been there with the exception of the work they had performed. We highly recommend this company for most any contracting need.

When I discovered significant structural damage due to a leaking bathtub drain I needed a contractor who could work with me, as I am a woodworker myself & decided to upgrade & improve the bathroom and "cabinize" it by covering the walls in pine, build the vanity myself and forego a shower completely, widening the room & have a drop-in jetted tub installed. The most important thing for me was to find someone who could phase out the work with me. Bob & crew came in after I'd done most of the tear-out, replaced floor joists & sub-flooring, moved a wall, and set the tub, then set a date to come back after I covered & treated the walls, installed flooring & installed the vanity. Then they came in and tied the plumbing in. It was a great experience all-around; SGS's rates were great, their willingness to work along side me was awesome, and best of all - they kept communication open and did what they promised, when they promised. I highly recommend them, and will use them for future work.

SGS did a fantastic job replacing our deck and adding our new pergola. My wife and I were very pleased with their service, professionalism, and price. Not only would I recommend them to my family and friends but we are most definately going to use them again next summer to build us a new sun deck. Please check out our three pics we have posted!

This Place Is A Joke...i called them to come out for a job, the guy comes and says that he will give a free estimate, then he looks at the problem and says well this estimate isn’t gong to be free. ??? After the company said free estimate. Then i approve for them to do the job, he said he would go get the materials and be back in a hour. Well 4 hours later he calls me with excuses. so they finally show up and get under the house i hear them working, next thing i know he’s knocking on my door and said that he didn’t have the tools for the job.. They needed to come back another day.. After he wasted my whole day away waiting on them and then they didn’t even complete the job. NEVER use this company.. It’s a joke..

SGS has done a great deal work for us on our rental properties as well as our home. We are very pleased with the quality of work, honesty and willingness to work with our finances. They were very professional, courteous and also creative in finding solutions to varied problems.

We will keep using them as long as we need repairs. Thank you SGS

I hired SGS to come in and install hardwood flooing, painting inside of house, place down linoleum, build some cabnets, and lay some carpet. I was well please with the work they did..Affordable, professional, comfortable to be around. I will use them for all my home repairs. Look at their web site, they pretty much do it all..Why hire many contractors? Thanks SGS..

flood waters undermined the foundation of my home. SGS came in and replaced all the piers under my home, leveled the house, dried out the crawlspace, placed a drain pipe and moisture barrier to stop future water damage. The cost was reasonable the quality

of work is excellent and exceeded my expectations. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will diffidently use SGS again.

This is my second time using SGS, they just replaced my roof on my home, it looks totally amazing, they had a dumper ready for all old shingles, no mess in the yard what so ever, they were in and out in a timely manner, very curtious, professional, I was very pleased with the job they did, not to mention the price, I looked around and they were the lowest price from all estimates I received. Thank you so much SGS, looking forward to having you replace my old gutter with new ones..See you guys in the near future..You guys really do awsome work...very pleased...rjackson

SGS did an awesome job building a temporary wheel chair ramp for my husband. I called the company 2 days before I needed it complete, and they jumped on it right away and finished it the same day. I would recommend them to my family and friends and would most def. use them again.

Great Job!!! SGS Contracting built custom floating bunk beds for my boys and they are super nice. They did an awesome job of helping design, build and hang the beds. The most impressive detail was that they did this on Christmas Eve 2011, and worked till 3am hanging and finishing the beds. They were very helpful in every way..Not to mention my kids loved their new beds..Ive gotten so many compliments on the floating top bunk...Thanks again for all of your hard work and dedication getting them built and hung so they could be surprised Christmas Morning!

I was very please with SGS. They are very professional and accurate with their work. They did not leave a large mess when working and they made me feel comfortable. Quality work and excellent results. I even had some work on a wall that I needed patched and they did it too. Even though their work was on another part of my home. Very very happy to have used them.
